WEEKLY CHECK-INS

WKND-R will do weekly walk throughs to ensure you will have no surprises when you arrive for the weekend.

At your weekly check in WKND-R will also:

  • Water houseplants

  • Collect garden fruits and vegetables

  • Create a list of what you're running low on and what pantry services needs to be replenished (For our PANTRY clients).

 

PANTRY

WKND-R will stock your home with perishable and non-perishable goods tailored to each client's needs and personal taste. From a specific light bulb that you always forget to order to the local cheese that you never have time to buy.

DESIGN SERVICES

WKND-R extends the same care and meticulous detail to finding the perfect home decor objects to decorate your home.

 

EMERGENCY CHECK-IN

WKND-R will check on your home after inclement weather to make sure no further maintenance services are required.

 

DINNER PARTY/MEAL PREP

WKND-R will develop a menu, pick up the freshest local ingredients, and supply detailed recipes for you to execute to perfection.

 

ESSENTIAL WEEKEND HOUSE PREP

WKND-R will do essential house prep for your weekend arrival.

  • Setting thermostat and AC for arrival

  • Shoveling/sweeping front steps

SHORT TERM RENTAL MANAGEMENT

WKND-R will set up your home as a short term rental. We will take photos, write the narrative for your home's description, and manage your bookings, calendar, and guest communication. Additionally, we do a walk-through before and after guests arrival and departure and arrange your cleaning schedule.
